On April 17, 2020, Electrosoft was awarded the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business 8(a) Sub Pool 1 (Management/Scientific/Technical Services) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). Previously, Electrosoft was one of the Top 40 Phase 1 awardees on OASIS SB Pool 1 On-Ramp.

The OASIS contract vehicle is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level. The services provided under OASIS SB are intended to meet the professional service mission requirements of all federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense and National Security Community.
The General Services Administration OASIS SB GWAC has been designated as a best in class professional services acquisition solution by the Office of Management and Budget. Electrosoft was awarded the contract vehicle with a period of performance through 2024.
Pool 1 under this contract vehicle comprises efforts primarily engaged in applying physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, structures, processes and systems. The assignments undertaken under this pool may involve any of the following activities: provision of advice, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, provision of technical services during the construction or installation phase, inspection and evaluation of engineering projects and related services.
