Electrosoft is pleased to announce that the Defense Logistics Agency awarded the firm option periods on three task orders previously awarded under the J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) IDIQ contract vehicle. The option period by task order is as follows:
Over 140 firms were awarded positions on the JETS vehicle at the time of the initial award notice in December 2016. DLA Information Operations (J6) is considered the primary customer for the JETS acquisition, however, other DLA and Department of Defense activities also may award work under the vehicle. The total amount of all orders placed against all IDIQ contracts may not exceed $6.01 billion over the eight year period of performance, which includes a five year base period and a three year option period.
The JETS acquisition vehicle covers over 20 IT, technical and management task areas. Specific task areas include network and telecommunications, information assurance, configuration management, enterprise data strategy, systems engineering and IT audit readiness support services, among others.
