Electrosoft will gather and analyze mission-related business requirements for a U.S. Navy Major Range Test Facility Base (MRTFB) under a recently awarded contract. The effort will culminate in a five-year enterprise business roadmap, greater Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance, network analysis and data migration.

Earlier, Electrosoft successfully planned, deployed and stabilized an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution with minimal disruption to the facility’s business operations. The solution yielded significant improvements in FIAR compliance and also enhanced the base’s operational effectiveness and efficiency. As part of the effort, Electrosoft stabilized and reengineered key business operations; supported the reengineering, design and development of a new project-based cost collection and billing system; and reengineered, designed and supported the implementation of a new electronically enabled task instruction creation, approval and management solution.
