Electrosoft today announced it has hired Michelle Geddes as its human resources director. Geddes joins the company with more than 20 years of HR leadership experience with large, mid-tier and small IT government contractors. In her role, Geddes will manage employee relations, cultivate a positive corporate culture and contribute strategic HR recommendations and insights to help drive mission success.

Geddes has earned a reputation for developing and executing scalable, people-centric initiatives aligned with company goals. Prior to Electrosoft, she held HR leadership roles at Solerity, Pragmatics, Inc. and ProSol. Geddes earned a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Marketing. She also holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
