The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded Electrosoft its first Task Order under the new JETS 2.0 IDIQ, a follow-on to continue application sustainment support services for DLA’s Center of Parts Activity, or COPA, supply chain management application. COPA integrates data from both the Air Force and DLA to create a comprehensive supply chain management hub, providing centralized information for DLA’s industrial support activity locations. Under the five-year order, which has a one-year base period and four option years, Electrosoft will continue providing application sustainment, supply chain, and audit readiness support services to support the COPA application and its user base.

Integrated with mission-critical DLA and inter-agency systems, DLA’s COPA is a vital asset for managing critical aviation end-times and proactively identifying potential supply shortages.

Under the task order, Electrosoft will introduce automation data feeds designed to improve efficiency of the COPA application, which resides in the government cloud. The company will also continue providing technical support services, program management, information assurance, database administration, and IT cyber and risk management framework support services. The contract leverages Electrosoft’s expertise in logistics, supply chain and supply chain risk management, as well as technical capabilities in cloud, database management, and automation.
