The Defense Logistics Agency has selected Electrosoft for Information Technology application sustainment support services for its Center of Parts Activity, or COPA, supply chain management application. Utilized by more than 2,500 people across three DLA industrial support activity locations, COPA uniquely combines Air Force and DLA data to provide a central location for supply chain management. The three-year prime contract expands Electrosoft’s assistive technical support services for applications across the DLA Information Operations (J6) program office.
“Supply chain resilience is a priority for the Department of Defense,” said Dr. Sarbari Gupta, CEO of Electrosoft. “We’re proud to extend our application sustainment and supply chain expertise to the COPA application and its user base across DLA and the DOD in their support of the warfighter.”
DLA’s COPA application resides in the Microsoft Azure (government) cloud. Under the contract, Electrosoft will provide technical support services and other services for COPA, including program management, information assurance, database administration, and IT cyber and risk management framework support. Additionally, the company will provide assistive technical support services in support of DLA’s audit readiness, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
The contract leverages Electrosoft’s expertise in supply chain and supply chain risk management, as well as technical capabilities in Microsoft Azure cloud, Microsoft Power Platform and Oracle development.
