Electrosoft is pleased to announce that on 1st October 2016, it has completed the acquisition of New Paradigm Government Services (NPGS), a Federal Government contracting company that has been in business since 2008.

This acquisition is strategic in nature. NPGS will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary under Electrosoft Services, Inc.  NPGS has current contracts and past performance serving the US Navy, both CONUS and OCONUS. Specifically, NPGS is a prime vendor on the US Navy’s largest contract vehicle (Seaport-e) and a prime contractor supporting a Navy Underwater Warfare Center.  Additionally, NPGS brings proven technical competencies in Enterprise Resource Planning and business process re-engineering.
