Electrosoft is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a Task Order by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to support their effort to enhance the Voluntary Voting System Guidelines (VVSG) testing program. Electrosoft will support the development of test assertions that will be integrated with those used by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP). The NVLAP recommends qualified voting system test laboratories for accreditation by the Election Assistance Commission (EAC). As part of this effort, Electrosoft will work with Voting System Test Laboratories (VSTLs) and voting system manufacturers.
This Task Order was awarded to Electrosoft under our NIST Information Technology (IT) and Database Application (DB) Support Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) prime contract. This is a 5 year contract including options, providing services to NIST for developing IT models, IT standards reference implementations, IT tools and standard reference database (SRD) applications in support of the Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) and Material Measurement Laboratory (MML).
