Electrosoft is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Tillman to the position of Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mike will continue to provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to shepherd Electrosoft through the ambitious growth strategy planned for the next three years.

Tillman joined Electrosoft in April 2018 as Senior Vice President for Operations. He brought with him more than 25 years of executive-level leadership, operations and program management experience in federal contracting firms of every size.

In speaking of the promotion, Sarbari Gupta, president and CEO, said, “When Mike joined the company, I felt his background leading operations in much larger organizations would be invaluable in supporting Electrosoft’s planned rapid growth.
