The Defense Logistics Agency has selected Electrosoft to support the agency’s Enterprise Linked Logistics Information System, a program that enables the execution, tracking, measurement and analysis of Direct Vendor Delivery contracts. ELLIS provides tracking for more than 40 contracts, including data from commercial shipping companies transporting prime vendor DLA orders involved in the DVD contracts. Electrosoft will support the government’s ability to monitor the performance of select contracts for ELLIS as well as provide reports and dashboards for DLA’s Vendor Performance History application. The three-year prime contract expands Electrosoft’s application sustainment services for DLA’s business systems and complements the company’s support of DLA’s other supply chain management capabilities and applications, such as the Center of Parts Activity, or COPA.
“Supply chain management is paramount for defense organizations, and secure, effective supply chain management systems are key to effective monitoring and risk management,” said Mike Tillman, COO of Electrosoft. “We are pleased to continue delivering application and database development services for the DLA, as well as to extend our supply chain risk management support for the agency.”
The scope of work includes the development, hardening, sustainment and hosting of the ELLIS application. Electrosoft’s technical services will include application administration and customer/stakeholder interaction, IT sustainment/customer support, database administration, IT cyber and risk management framework (RMF) management and program management.
